How long does a diagnostic take?
Most diagnostics finish within 24 hours of drop-off. Urgent cases get same-day turnaround when possible. We always call you with findings and a written quote before any work begins.
How long does a custom build take?
Most builds are completed within 1 to 2 weeks of finalizing the parts list. Lead time depends on part availability. We share photos and stress-test results before delivery so you know exactly what you're getting.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and cash. Payment is due once work is complete and you've signed off on the result.
Do you work on Macs and laptops, or only desktop PCs?
We handle Windows desktops, laptops, and most MacBooks (excluding the most recent soldered-storage models). If we can't help, we'll tell you up front and recommend who can.
Will my data be safe during a repair?
Yes. We never delete personal files, and we can image your drive before any major work if you'd like. Bring an external drive and we'll hand you a full backup at no extra charge.
Do you offer remote support?
For software-only issues, often yes. A quick screen-share session can save a trip and get you running in under an hour. Schedule a call and we'll walk through it together.
